My order has arrived damaged; what should I do?
Please contact us if your order has arrived damaged. We may ask you to take pictures of the damage, to support a compensation claim with the delivery agent.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal and all major credit cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account to order from us.
Shipping - UK
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard and orders are typically delivered within 3-4 working days of the order being placed. This can be longer during peak periods, such as bank holidays. Please note our cut off for same day dispatch is 12:00pm GMT. If you order after this time, then your order will be dispatched the next working day.
What does "We're expecting it" mean on the tracking?
The order has been shipped and collected by Royal Mail but it has not been scanned into their network yet. This does not mean that the order is "lost" or has not been sent. It does suggest that there has been a processing delay and as a result it may take longer to arrive than usual.
Royal Mail Tracked delivery times are not guaranteed and in extreme cases can take up to 10 working days to arrive if there are issues in their network. If your item has still not arrived after this time, please contact us for further assistance.
Shipping - EU
Do you ship to the EU?
We have stopped shipping internationally, our products are on most EU Amazon sites and you can purchase through eBay as we use eBay's Global Shipping Plan.
Will I have to pay VAT, Duty and / or Clearance Costs?
No. Our shipping services are on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means all costs are paid by the shipper.
You will pay the VAT rate based on your local rate at checkout and there are no additional costs to pay.
My postal service has said I need to pay VAT before they will deliver my goods?
Please email us with a copy of the invoice sent to you, and a member of our customer team will be able to help.
Can you provide cheaper shipping costs to the EU?
We have kept our EU shipping costs as low as possible.
However, there are additional costs associated with shipping goods to the EU after Brexit.
Most of these costs occur per order, rather than per item, so multi-item orders are much cheaper.
You might find cheaper shipping prices elsewhere, however if these are on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis then you will pay VAT at your local rate plus a clearance cost, which is typically €10 per order.
Are your products available on Amazon EU?
Most of our best-selling products are available from Amazon fr / de / it / es, however some are exclusive to our website.
We also cannot guarantee Prime delivery on EU sites due to Amazon restrictions on which products they wish to stock at any one time.
Do you offer volume-based discounts on your store?
Absolutely! We offer tier based discounts, so the more you buy, the more you save.
Shipping - Non EU
Will I have to pay tax and/or import duty on my order?
We do not charge VAT or collect sales taxes for any other countries outside the UK and EU. You (the customer) are liable for any import duty, tariff or handling fee charged by your local customs system.
